By replacing the rubber with our patented polyurethane AeroForm® shell, you get a boot that is extremely comfortable, lightweight, flexible, durable and an excellent insulator. In fact, it’s the same material used to insulate refrigerators and freezers, but unlike your fridge, they’re also incredibly quiet for stalking undetected.
Never underestimate a good support system.
Sandwiched between the insole and outsole of the AeroHead Sport is an oversized shank. A crucial component, the shank is what supports both this rugged boot and you. It covers the entire arch area for added support and protection, making it ideal for climbing into the tree stand and walking in rough terrain. Wider and longer, this shank extends around the heel for further support, but is open in the center to deliver cushion with each step.
Discomfort is a thing of the past.
The polyurethane shell of the AeroHead Sport wraps the entire foot, creating a thick layer underfoot and it is where most of your comfort is delivered. It provides incredible cushioning, shock absorption and insulation underfoot and it won’t compress over time. The premium footbed adds an extra layer of cushion and is removable to allow you to customize the fit with your own insert.
Come hell or high water.
With waterproof neoprene wrapping your foot and calf you can trudge right through that stream in pursuit of your prey. And knowing all too well that neoprene alone is susceptible to rips and tears, the AeroHead® Sport features our Brush Tuff bi-directional material — a unique combination of spandex and Lycra layered over neoprene for extra durability. The polyurethane reinforced shin guard adds protection that's flexible, not bulky. That means you can easily fold the top down when the temperature rises.

Our signature gusset makes the AeroHead Sport a perfect fit, no matter how big or small your calf muscles are, even providing plenty of room to tuck in your pants.
