What is a stripped lower?
A stripped lower is what is considered by the government to be the firearm. This is the only part of the firearm which requires a license to purchase.
Every other part in the firearm is classified as "parts", requiring to license to purchase.
Each stripped lower has a unique serial number and is the exact same part that would be included when purchasing one of our COMPLETE Raven rifles.
What can I do with this stripped lower?
Once you own this lower you can do two things
1) Keep it as a stripped lower.
2) Purchase the required spare parts needed to complete the firearm at a later date.
3) If you already own one of our Raven caliber kits, you can turn the caliber kit into another dedicated firearm.

What is a Blemished or Factory Second item?
A blemished or factory second item is a fully functional Lockhart Tactical product with some aesthetic issues like a paint chip, scratch, extra machine lines, or a bad edge. Also, these can include functional returns from customers or rifles that were used for demonstration/marketing purposes.
Can I see what the Blemish is?
Unfortunately not, if you purchase a Factory Second / Blemished unit, it will be fully functional but it may not look perfect. We will still offer our Lockhart Tactical full warranty on the function of all our sale items.
Can I back order a Demo Firearms / Factory seconds / blemished unit?
No, once they are sold out they may appear on the website without being able to be added to the cart but cannot be backordered. We will do our best to remove these items as soon as possible. Our apologies for any confusion.
