What is short stroking?
Short stroking eliminates "unnessary" rearward motion of bolt bolt. Shorter motion allows the rifle to cycle faster for competition use, while keeping the rifle on target for faster follow up shots.
The shorter cycling also reduces wear on the firearm and reduces felt recoil. By having the ability to add up to (5) five weights, the heavier buffer further reduces felt recoil.
